Commission : WiggWigg Icon

A commission for I didn't know weither you wanted a deviantID or an icon animation, or what to animate of it really xD
but I decided to but some little musical notes in there, and make it cartoony. (no that ain't some silly filter) but I did use your deviantID as a reference because you said you wanted it to look really similar.
